Returns
You have 30 days, from the date you received your order, to return your purchase. Items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that they were received in. Please ensure before you return an item that all tags are attached, all original packaging is present and intact. For footwear, please place the shoebox inside protective packaging.
Please use a pre-paid return label included with your order.
You can then post your return either at your nearest DHL drop-off point or you can also book in a return collection by visiting DHL website on https://mydhl.express.dhl/ and indicating your Waybill number on the label. Please retain a copy of the proof of return postage.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Booking return collection with DHL
To book in a DHL collection for your return, please visit the DHL website, using the Waybill number on your label.
1. Visit here.
2. For the “Do you need to create a shipping label?” question, click on “No, I already have a shipping label attached to my package” Click on “I have a DHL Waybill number” and then enter your Waybill number (this can be found under the first barcode on your DHL label) and your telephone number to book in your return. Follow the rest of the online instructions.
3. Alternatively please call DHL on 0044 844 248 0844 and use your Waybill number to book in a collection. Please retain a copy of the proof of postage.
If you wish to use alternative means, at your own cost, then please send your return to the above address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied original method of payment, within 14 days.
